Their website is a great place to start if you are looking to learn more about eating disorders and / or get involved in advocacy work. They have a free helpline, regular events, and an incredible resource library. Lane 9 Project is an organization committed to reducing REDs (relative energy deficiency in sport) and eating disorders in women’s sports through raising awareness and connecting athletes with clinicians who can help them fuel adequately and maintain a regular period. Lane 9 was founded by athletes in women’s sports, for women athletes. Nicole is a proud Lane 9 provider, and retired Division I athlete.
